Cheapest neighborhoods in Five Forks?

Been meaning to ask this. Crime rate is something to consider -Five Forks sits at 181.0 per 100K.

Used to live on the Old Town side, now on the Riverside side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The food scene is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a data analyst who relocated here from Seattle about 2 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Strong job market in several industries

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are stable, gas is challenging.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Good luck with whatever you decide..

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Cedar Grove area are average. Kids love it here.

Moved here from Raleigh about 7 years ago. I have mixed feelings honestly. Still getting used to cost of living but Happy to answer more specific questions..
