How much do you pay for rent in Five Forks?
Hey, I'm originally from Las Vegas and Homes are going for about $424,600 on average.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a project manager who relocated here from San Francisco about 1 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and family.
Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Close to major attractions
Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Bugs and humidity in summer
Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are wild, gas is challenging.
Socially, it exceeded my expectations. Good luck with whatever you decide..
