What's it really like living in Five Forks?

I'm retired and Median household income is $140,668, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $424,600, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $2,139/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Strong sense of community
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Rising rent prices
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Far from major airports
- Not enough green space
What would you do? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much competitive but now it's underrated.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Atlanta it's tough.
