Anyone regret moving to Flagstaff?

Random thought, I'm a teacher here and With a population of 76,333, Flagstaff is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $503,400 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Tampa it's solid.

My experience has been mostly positive. I genuinely enjoy living here. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. Definitely worth checking out..
