So, My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Flagstaff sits at 489.3 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I overthinking this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
