Not sure if this has been asked before, but You can expect to pay around $1,006 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 10,418 people. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Would love some local perspective. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
