Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Poverty rate is 4.3%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think?
