Top 5 things I love about Fleming Island

So, Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 14 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
