Working in Fleming Island -salaries realistic?

OK so Just moved here 10 months ago and Rent is about $1,918/month for a decent place. Median household income is $119,046, which feels pretty solid for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What are your go-to spots? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. walkability used to be much pricey but now it's surprisingly good.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Downtown area are decent. Kids love it here.
