Unpopular opinion about Flemington

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,731 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to San Diego it's underrated.

I work in hospitality here and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The job market for my field is decent. Definitely worth checking out..
