Moving to Flippin with kids -good idea?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Thanks for reading.
