Rent in Floral City getting crazy

Alright, I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
