Anyone regret moving to Floral Park?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and With a population of 16,025, Floral Park is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Bought a house here in 2024 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
