Affordable areas near Florence?
First post here. I'm retired and You can expect to pay around $784 for rent here. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $174,100 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
