What I wish I knew before living in Florence

Random thought, Household incomes average around $50,396 in Florence. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. Any help is appreciated. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Moved here from Houston about 3 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to cost of living but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want healthcare, then yeah this place is great. But if safety matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
