Cheapest neighborhoods in Florence-Graham?

Curious what people think. Crime rate is something to consider -Florence-Graham sits at 692.5 per 100K. Median household income is $61,216, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 17.8%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Lots of new development
- Active local events

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Limited nightlife
- Sprawl everywhere
- Boring for young people
- Poor road conditions
What do you all think? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 6 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Happy to answer more specific questions..

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The outdoor recreation is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.
