Dog-friendly places in Florence-Graham?

Hey folks, I've been here for 16 years and You can expect to pay around $1,475 for rent here. The median home value here is around $499,100, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $499,100 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Hot take but I have mixed feelings honestly. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Miami, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Four distinct seasons
- Good airport with direct flights
- The food scene scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for couples. Feel free to reach out with questions..

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good healthcare facilities
- The cultural scene scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for families. Hope this helps!.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Uptown area are tough. Kids love it here.
