Life in Florence-Graham as a young professional

Hello, Military spouse here. Crime rate is something to consider -Florence-Graham sits at 692.5 per 100K. Homes are going for about $499,100 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this?

I've lived in Highland for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:

- Low crime in most neighborhoods

- Strong job market in several industries

- The public transit scene is improving

The downsides:

- Rising rent and home prices

- Property taxes are high

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..
