Moving to Florence-Graham for work -advice?

First post here. It's a a smaller city city with about 61,723 people. With a population of 61,723, Florence-Graham is a smaller city. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
