Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2007. Poverty rate is 17.8%, which is higher than I expected. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
