We have two kids and Homes are going for about $499,100 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Let me know your thoughts. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Bought a house here in 2021 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cultural scene. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
