Job hunting in Florence -tips?

Hi all, I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 32,334 people. Median household income is $68,508, which feels about average for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is tough in most areas.

Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 3 years here, that's my honest assessment.
