Hey folks, Rent is about $922/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I work in real estate here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is excellent. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to Raleigh it's hit or miss.
