Hey everyone, Household incomes average around $56,433 in Florence. Rent is about $922/month for a decent place. Median household income is $56,433, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Florence sits at 1,187.6 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
