Hey folks, Just moved here 12 months ago and Homes are going for about $189,800 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Does this match your experience?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to New York it's hit or miss.
