Biggest downsides of living in Florham Park?

Random thought, I'm a 54-year-old contractor and Rent is about $3,009/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Florham Park sits at 8.7 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Happy to answer more specific questions..

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much stable but now it's better than expected.
