What Florham Park does better than anywhere else

Hey, The median home value here is around $722,700, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. With a population of 13,134, Florham Park is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Used to live on the West side, now on the Maple Ridge side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.

I work in legal here and I genuinely enjoy living here. The job market for my field is better than expected. Hope this helps!.
