Relocating to Florida Ridge, FL -pros and cons?

The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 21,517, Florida Ridge is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,209 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 21,517 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is safety. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.
