Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
