Not sure if this has been asked before, but Military spouse here. Rent is about $1,503/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $66,323 in Florin. With a population of 49,536, Florin is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $359,500 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Does this match your experience? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
