Not sure if this has been asked before, but Crime rate is something to consider -Florin sits at 381.7 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
