Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $359,500, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,503/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
