Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 4 years and The median home value here is around $843,600, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated.
