Not sure if this has been asked before, but You can expect to pay around $1,259 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
