Been living here since 2020. Homes are going for about $136,200 on average. Rent is about $1,259/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. What are your go-to spots? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
