Florissant housing prices -when will it stop?
Hey everyone, I've been here for 13 years and It's a a smaller city city with about 51,915 people. With a population of 51,915, Florissant is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Florissant sits at 187.1 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Lots of new development
- Walkable downtown
- Good airport connections
Cons:
- Lack of diversity
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Limited cultural events
