Moving from San Francisco to Florissant next month

Hello, I work in healthcare and Crime rate is something to consider -Florissant sits at 187.1 per 100K. Poverty rate is 7.6%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.
