Biggest downsides of living in Flossmoor?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Cincinnati and Homes are going for about $309,100 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Flossmoor sits at 152.0 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. TIA! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I work in legal here and I love the pace of life here. The job market for my field is solid. Definitely worth checking out..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 13 years here, that's my honest assessment.
