Best neighborhoods to rent in Flowery Branch?

So, Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $1,739 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Moved here from Boston about 5 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to school system but Happy to answer more specific questions..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is tough in most areas.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Denver and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Springfield. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in real estate. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Asian.
