Hey everyone, I've been here for 11 years and Homes are going for about $702,200 on average. Poverty rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 82,140, Folsom is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $139,263 in Folsom. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
