Best companies to work for in Fontana?

Hey everyone, Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $558,500 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a contractor who relocated here from New York about 13 years ago. The main reasons were family and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good airport with direct flights

Cons that are real:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are reasonable, gas is excellent.

Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
