Longtime lurker here, Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,560/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,560 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Foothill Farms sits at 453.6 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? Looking forward to hearing from you all. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
