Rent in Foothill Farms getting crazy

Hello, I'm a 35-year-old project manager and Household incomes average around $68,042 in Foothill Farms. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone in a similar situation? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much growing but now it's solid.
