Anyone else feel this way? I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $368,500 on average. Household incomes average around $68,042 in Foothill Farms. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Would love some local perspective. Thanks!
