Couple moving to Forest Acres from out of state

I'm originally from Indianapolis and The median home value here is around $260,500, which seems about average. You can expect to pay around $1,182 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think?

Moved here from Atlanta about 5 years ago. the quality of life is solid. Still getting used to healthcare but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Cedar Grove area are decent. Kids love it here.

Used to live on the Fairview side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
