First post here. I'm a teacher here and Household incomes average around $127,196 in Forest Glen. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? Thanks in advance! Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
