Curious what people think. I'm originally from Memphis and Homes are going for about $112,400 on average. The median home value here is around $112,400, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What are your go-to spots?
