First post here. I work in engineering and Poverty rate is 15.2%, which is higher than I expected. Homes are going for about $171,300 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.
