Cheapest neighborhoods in Forest Hills?

OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $156,618, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
