Forest Hills is underrated, change my mind

So, I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to Portland it's challenging.
